The Challenge
Tech Trader's AWS platform had reached its limits. The legacy code was unmanageable, causing constant bugs that affected member billing and access. Security vulnerabilities were mounting. Payment integrations were degrading, leading to member churn. Maintenance costs were high with no clear path to add features or scale.
The admin team had no way to fix technical issues themselves, every problem required hiring an outside developer. Members were getting frustrated with the recurring issues.
The biggest constraint: traders depend on pre-market access for their daily trading decisions. Any migration had to happen without downtime during those critical hours.

We rebuilt Tech Trader's entire digital presence from the ground up
brand identity, website, membership platform, and integrated systems
designed for both scalability and admin self-sufficiency.
Timeline
Two months with zero downtime during critical pre-market hours
Platform Migration & Integration
Migrated 500+ members with complex data including contact info, payment details, billing history, membership levels, and access permissions.
Integrated two payment systems (USA ePay for existing members, Stripe for new customers) running simultaneously during transition. Configured MemberPress with Kit, ProTradingRoom, and both payment processors to create a modern, user-friendly, membership website.
We replaced legacy chatroom and Go-To-Webinar setup with fully integrated trading room and mobile alerts. Developed protected knowledge base for member self-service.
Improved Member Experience
We built a custom member dashboard displaying dynamic subscription information.
With automated workflows for billing, onboarding, and email marketing, members are now easily able to manage their subscriptions, increasing retention.
The new marketing site also featured signature landing pages strategically designed to convert ad visitors into new Trials, and a compelling pricing page to help highlight the value of the VIp subscription
