Your site shouldn't need a project to get attention.

Most websites look great at launch, then slowly fall behind. Copy gets stale. Layouts need tweaking. Things break. A maintenance plan keeps your site working as hard as you do, without the back-and-forth of one-off requests.

You built a site you're proud of.

But between running your business and keeping up with everything else, your website ends up at the bottom of the list.

What a Maintenance Plan Actually Is

Reserved time.
Lower rate.
No chasing.

A KStudio maintenance plan gives you a dedicated block of my time each month reserved specifically for your site.

You get priority access, a reduced hourly rate, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing your website is being looked after consistently.

No project minimums. No waiting in line. Just a reliable point of contact who already knows your site inside and out.

Maintenance plans are a great fit if...

  • You have an existing website that needs regular attention.
  • You're tired of scrambling to find someone every time something needs to change.
  • You want a designer who already knows your brand and site.
  • You'd rather have a predictable monthly cost than surprise invoices.
  • You want things done right the first time, without micromanaging.

And it's probably not for you if...

You're looking for a full redesign or new build. That's a project, not a maintenance plan. We can help you out with that too, just enquire with our team.

Why maintenance plans matter to our clients

I've worked with a lot of clients who come back months after launch needing updates, and by then we're starting from scratch on context, scope, and scheduling.

It slows everything down and costs more than it should.

Maintenance plans exist because ongoing relationships produce better work. I already know your site, your brand, and what you're trying to accomplish. That context is worth a lot, and it means I can move fast when you need something done.

If your site matters to your business, it deserves consistent care. That's what these plans are built for.

Important Questions

01

What if I need more hours than my plan includes?

Any work beyond your monthly hours is billed at $115/hr. I'll always reach out before going over — no surprises on your invoice.

02

Do unused hours roll over?

They don't. Your hours are reserved for your site each month, and I'll check in mid-period to make sure we're using them well. Think of it less as buying hours and more as securing my availability.

03

Can I change plans?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 14 days notice before your renewal date. No fees, no runaround.

04

What platforms do you work on?

Squarespace is my primary platform and where I do the bulk of my maintenance work. Advanced plan clients with integrations or custom functionality may be on other platforms — reach out if you're unsure.

05

What if I need something bigger?

Anything outside your plan scope — new pages, redesigns, larger builds — gets quoted separately. I'll flag it before doing anything and you'll approve it before I start.

06

How do I submit requests?

Email. Just send a message with what you need — links, screenshots, notes — and I'll take it from there.

Ready to stop putting your site last?

Pick your plan and get started today. Your first payment locks in your hours and gets you on the schedule — from there, maintaining your site is one less thing on your list.

Questions before committing? Email hello@kstudiodesign.com and I'll get back to you within one business day.
