We spend the time learning about your business, what your needs are, and what your vision is for your branding or website design project. We’ll share the process, answer your questions, and put together a custom scope of work and estimate based on our recommendations determined on the call.
We know you’re the expert in what you do, and you don’t have a lot of time. This introduction is the perfect way to see the kind of collaborative partnership we offer, and see specific examples of what we do.

You’ve signed on the dotted line, now it’s time to get under the hood
Strategy sets the foundation to every decision we make during the design process and it’s our special sauce.
Prepare for an engaging 1:1 session discussing your audience, brand personality, business offers, desired aesthetic, market differentiators and so much more. We’ll uncover the unique aspects of your brand and the key areas we need to highlight on your website to achieve your larger business goals.
After our session, you’ll receive a creative brief and technical scope to approve before any work begins. This is how we deliver designs that hit the mark on the first go.
003| VISUAL DESIGN
The creative brief comes to life with mockups for your approval
In this phase, we design all the elements of your brand, alongside a mockup of 1-2 pages of your website to establish a visual standard, flow of information, and engagement strategy for your visitors.
Your feedback is imperative here, that’s why we call it a collaborative partnership at KStudio.
We’ll walk through the design revealing the strategy behind each decision, and work with you to refine it, so that it accurately represents the value and professionalism of the service you offer.
004 | WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT
Bringing your brand online, an interactive demo
After building your full site, you’ll receive a password-protected demo for you and your team to test out. The demo will be fully functioning with 100% of your site built, including any custom integrations and automations, including CRM’s, contact forms, marketing platforms, etc.
All sites include basic SEO optimization, mobile-responsive layouts, clear navigation and calls-to-action on every page, and are custom branded to match your business.
005 | LAUNCH + HANDOVER
Ready, set… Go live!
With the website and brand approved and completed, we’ll package everything up with a nice bow and custom tutorials to empower your team.
Our website development packages include domain connection, host configuration, SSL certificates, and website policies to ensure your site is secure and set up to go live as soon as we hand it over.
You’ll receive your deliverables via a secure link, and we’ll connect your domain. If you need help purchasing a domain, we can help with that too!
